At ePublicOffer.com, we provide a convenient and easy-to-use Internet based IPO share application service, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, for our registered members to apply for IPO shares on a first-come-first-served basis from the comfort of home or office, or even when on holiday. A predetermined quantity of IPO shares for certain IPO issues will be distributed through ePublicOffer.com. Unlike the conventional methods of:
(a) IPO placement share distribution where an applicant must have an existing trading account or relationship with a placement agent (typically a stockbroking firm); and
(b) IPO offer share distribution where offer shares are typically over-subscribed and an application is usually not assured of the success of his application until balloting of all applications is carried out,
ePublicOffer.com eliminates this selective process and provides a level playing field for eligible investing members of the public (being individuals), whether small or of high-net worth who register for membership with ePublicOffer.com, by providing a novel method of application for IPO shares on a first-come-first-served basis.
Application for membership with ePublicOffer.Com is open to any member of the public (being an individual) subject to certain restrictions under the relevant securities laws of Singapore. Members will be able to apply for IPO shares as shall be made available for application on ePublicOffer.com from time to time, on a first-come-first-served basis, until the IPO shares offered are fully applied for.
ePublicOffer.com is owned by Westcomb Securities Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Westcomb Financial Group Limited. Westcomb Financial Group Limited and its group of companies are engaged in the provision of a wide range of capital market advisory and other related services.
Westcomb Securities Pte Ltd is principally engaged in securities underwriting, placement and trading activities. It holds a Capital Markets Services Licence issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to deal in securities.
